Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once payment has been completed and artwork has been approved on our side.

We provide a 6-hour approval window after your order is placed. During this time, you may request changes or cancellations. After the 6-hour window expires, your order will automatically move into production.

As soon as production preparation begins — including digitizing designs, setting up files, and sourcing products — all sales become final. These steps involve both labor and material costs, which cannot be recovered once started.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders typically arrive within1–3 weeks, depending on the order size and shipping location. Rush options may be available depending on your order type.

Do you accept walk-ins?

At this time, we donotaccept walk-ins.

All orders are processed online forpick-up, delivery, or nationwide shipping.

Do you handle small and large orders?

Absolutely! Whether you’re ordering1 piece or 1,000+, we can accommodate your needs with top-tier quality and fast service.

Do you charge extra for large or complex logos?

🧵Embroidery Pricing Notice:All prices includeup to 10,000 stitchesper design.

If your logo is highly detailed, uses specialty thread (like 3D puff or metallic), or exceeds that limit, a small adjustment may be required before approval.

Otherwise, your order will proceed automatically for production after approval.

Can you embroider any logo?

Almost!

We can embroider most designs, but logos withvery small text, gradients, or excessive detailmay not translate well.

If needed, our design team will help you simplify your artwork to ensure the best stitch quality.

Are there setup fees?

No setup fees for standard orders!

The price you see on the product page is what you pay.

(Special requests, metallic thread, or oversized designs may have a small surcharge.)

No — alldigitizing is done in-housefor embroidery.

This ensures accuracy, faster turnaround, and consistent stitch quality.
