All prices include up to 10,000 stitches per design.
If your logo is highly detailed, uses specialty thread (like 3D puff or metallic), or exceeds that limit, a small adjustment may be required before approval.
Otherwise, your order will proceed automatically for production after approval.
Can you embroider any logo?
Almost!
We can embroider most designs, but logos with very small text, gradients, or excessive detail may not translate well.
If needed, our design team will help you simplify your artwork to ensure the best stitch quality.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fees for standard orders!
The price you see on the product page is what you pay.
(Special requests, metallic thread, or oversized designs may have a small surcharge.)

Do you accept returns?
Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges once artwork has been approved and production has begun.
